Rodents
Our all-inclusive service goes beyond tackling the present infestation; it also incorporates preventive actions to deter rodents from invading in the future.
Rodent Control Pricing:
Initial cost for bait boxes, snap traps and exclusions if needed are $165 - $225 depending on the infestation. This includes a free two week follow up.
- Monthly follow ups are always needed.
Follow up services are $35 to fill the
first box and $5 per box filled after that.
Ask about bundling rodent and pest control together for a discount!

Probing, live trapping and other rodent elmination methods vary greatly in price.
Rodent control requires several steps to decrease or elminiate an infestation:
Step one: Call or email to request a free inspection and quote
Step two: Accept the quote and we will place bait boxes, snap traps, live traps and other various deterrants. Most quotes include a free two week follow up.
Step three: Continue rodent services until activity has ceased or significantly decreased
Termites
If you have found a tube, trail, pellets or anything suspcious give the office a call.
Termite inspections and quotes for homeowners are free of charge!
Average Size Home or Business Minimum Price for Subterranean Termites (Price includes a one year service agreement on the entire home:
$295- Partial or Spot treatment
$495- Perimeter treatment
Dry Wood Termites (All prices include a 30 day to 6 month service agreement):
Dry Wood termite treatments vary in price depending on the infestation.

Bees and Wasps
Our technicians are pros at safely and effectively elminating bees and wasps. Sometimes there is a two step process with this treatment.
Bee prices: $175 minumum (includes a follow up)
Wasp prices: $65 minimum
Please note: Prices can vary out of the above range if their are multiple hives and nests
Appointment No Shows
We understand that life gets busy! Here is our No Show Policy. If a customer is not able to allow entrance, the property is not accessible or less than 24 hour notice is given to cancel (Non Emergency) the THIRD no show will result in a $45 charge.

Cockroaches and Bed bugs
Cockroaches and Bed Bugs are resilient and take at least a few treatments to eradicate. Call the office to set up a free inspection and quote. Bed bugs always require prep work before treatment can begin.
Cockroach Infestation Minimum Pricing:
Average size home: $185 with a free two week follow-up
Multi- Unit Property: Prices vary depending on the infestation and connecting units (all connecting units must be treated to be effective)
Bed Bug Infestation Minimum Pricing:
Average size home: $200 with a free two week follow up.
Mutli-Unit Property: Prices vary depending on the infestation and property
Weeds
Call us to set up your pre and post emerge today! Our prices are very competitive.
Prices vary by the size of your yard and the amount and type of weeds the property has.
Don't let your HOA have any time to send you a violation letter! Get your yard serviced soon.
If we cant service your weeds before your HOA letter deadline, ask us to send a confirmation letter to them with appointment date and time details.
