Sherman Holmes has been in the pest and termite business since 1999. He began his career with his Dad’s company, Tucson Exterminating. He soon discovered that he had a true talent for keeping his customers happy and pest free. Over the years, his customers started calling him “The Sherminator”, thus the inception of his company name. Sherman has been with his wife, Sarah, for over 20 years, she runs the office day to day. Sherman and Sarah have two sons together, the next generation of Sherminators in the making. Together they find great satisfaction and purpose in helping people stay pest free and building relationships with all of their customers. "We treat our customers like family!"

We will never lock you into a pest control contract. We do offer recurring appointments but our customers have a lot of flexibility. We offer Monthly, Bi-Monthly and Quarterly frequencies for appointments. You can also call in whenever have a pest issue with no strings attached. There are no extra fees to pause or cancel appointments and you can add on extra services when needed.
